Location Narrative	low patchy canopy cover of Ericameria palmeri with Stipa and annual grasses. Stand occurs in a mosaic with non-native annual grassland on the low slopes in this valley. Stipa cover is significant in association with the ericameria. Uncommon stand in this area. Grades into Quercus agrifolia savanna to the east, abrupt boundary with Coastal Sage Scrub to the south.
